The Sacrament of Baptism is often called “the door of the Church,” because it is the first of the seven sacraments not only in time (since most Catholics receive it as infants) but in priority, since the reception of the other sacraments depends on it.
Once baptized, a person becomes a member of the Church – and not just in this parish, but of the whole Catholic church worldwide.
Parents who wish to have their children baptized are asked to contact the parish office for the next available Baptism preparation session.
The Parish celebrates the Sacrament of Baptism every Saturday at 5 p.m. or Sunday at 11 a.m. mass.
